Modular underground tanks.
A stackable tank assembled from identical injection-molded modules — for collecting, accumulating and storing liquids and wastewater below ground.
AQUABOX · BURIED TO 3 M
A tank you build from identical parts.
AquaBox is a modular underground tank built from identical elements, injection-molded from safe mineral-filled polypropylene. It collects, accumulates and stores liquids and wastewater below ground — freeing the surface, improving safety, and letting the soil add protection. Injection molding makes it far faster to produce than fibreglass or rotomolded tanks, and because the geometry is modular, the achievable volume is effectively unlimited.
Eight things a tank you can’t lift will never do.
Every advantage below comes from the same decision — build the reservoir out of identical injection-moulded parts instead of casting it as one heavy object.
Made fast, held in stock
Injection moulding runs to a cycle time, not a cure time — so tanks come off the line at a rate a hand-laid process can’t match.
Volume has no ceiling
A composite body of complex geometry grows by adding sections. There is no largest size on a price list to design around.
Two people carry it in
No element is heavier than a washing machine, so the tank reaches sites with no crane access, no wide road and no lift plan.
Ships as ordinary freight
Half-shells nest into each other. A container of tank clears customs like any other pallet load — no permits, no project cargo, no escort.
Buries to three metres
Deep enough to sit below frost and services, and to hand the whole surface back to parking, landscaping or road.
You can get back inside
Necks, manholes and a ladder stay part of the body. Internals are inspected, serviced and replaced without excavating the tank.
Chemistry doesn’t touch it
Mineral-filled polypropylene shrugs off what corrodes steel and cracks concrete — which is why it handles wastewater, not just rain.
Recyclable, and made from recycled
Polypropylene goes back into the stream at end of life — where fibreglass goes to landfill and concrete stays where it was poured.
Complex geometry from simple modules.
EXPLODED VIEW
Each AquaBox is a composite tank assembled below ground from a small set of repeating elements — sectors, side walls, supporting grids and end covers — joined into a reinforced yet lightweight body. Necks, manholes and ventilation bring it to the surface; the internal fit-out changes the tank's job without changing the shell.

Three certified configurations.
The same modular body is fitted out for three jobs — sealed storage, multi-stage stormwater treatment, or pumping.
A fully sealed underground reservoir — an accumulator — that fills over time and is pumped out as needed.
Used wherever wastewater or liquid simply has to be collected and held before disposal, reuse or discharge.
- Discharge of any type of wastewater
- Accumulation in quicksand regions where a soakaway is impossible
- Irrigation fields with soil post-treatment
- On-site water accumulation and storage
A three-compartment treatment train for stormwater drainage — collect, treat, store — in one buried line.
Runoff passes through three stages, then into storage reservoirs, cleaned to discharge standard:
- Collection through channels and filtering elements
- Mechanical treatment of large contaminants
- Fine treatment of small-dispersed contaminants
- Model codes: LTF (sand + oil + sorption) · PN (sand + oil) · NS (oil + sorption)
A complete, factory-assembled pumping station for sites where gravity drainage isn't possible.
Where terrain or space won't allow the fall a gravity sewer needs, the SPS lifts flow into a pressurised main.
- Sites where the required sewer slope can't be maintained
- Pumping of stormwater and sewage under pressure
- Ships ready to install — a drop-in for concrete pump chambers
Two men, no crane, one day.
Because no element weighs more than ~115 kg, an AquaBox tank is carried into the pit and assembled by hand — no crane, no lifting gear, no wide access road. The reservoir goes together on site and the surface above is handed straight back.
Dig the pit and lay the base plate — length = tank length + 600 mm — on a compacted, levelled bed.
Elements of 85–115 kg are moved into the pit by two people. No crane, no forklift in the hole.
Join sectors, side walls, supporting grids and end covers into the reinforced body; fit necks, manhole and ventilation to the surface.
Seal the joints and add the internal fit-out for the job — storage, LTF treatment cassettes, or the pumping set.
Secure the tank with the supplied tie-down straps against buoyancy before backfilling.
Backfill around the body (burial depth to 3 m) and return the ground above to landscaping, parking or road.
Sizes & performance.
