AQUATEX  /  WHY AQUATEX

Two men, no crane, one day.

The whole tank arrives in a container and goes together by hand. That single fact changes the cost, the logistics and the sites you can build on — versus fibreglass and concrete.

A 40-foot container holds about 120 cubic metres of AquaBox tank 120 m³ OF TANK · ONE 40′ CONTAINER

The install story

Why “no crane” is the whole point.

A fibreglass or concrete tank of the same volume arrives as one heavy object. You need a crane, a wide access road, and a lift plan. AquaBox arrives as elements no heavier than 115 kg — two people carry them into the pit and assemble the tank in place. The reservoir is watertight, buried, and the surface above is handed straight back to landscaping or parking.

Made to ship

Injection-moulded, container-ready.

01

Moulded, not laid up

Identical elements come off the mould consistently and fast — no slow hand layup, no weeks per tank.

02

Flat-packs into a container

A 40′ container holds about 120 m³ of tank. Ordinary FCL freight to any port — no special permits.

03

Sized to the site

Add modules for more volume. One system covers 10–120 m³ and beyond, without new tooling.

04

Built for decades

Mineral-filled polypropylene: corrosion-proof, recyclable, easy to inspect and clean.
